The school is located in a homely and close to nature environment.
The homely aspect of the environment is provided by :
- Limiting the size of the group (8 children maximum in the pre-school ; 8 children maximum in the college section)
- Mixing ages among the children of the pre-school section
- Sharing meals and taking part to activities with the children from the college section
Classes will be held outdoors as often as possible in order to promote the connection to nature. The school is located near the Sonian Forest and provides the following teaching material:
- A vegetable garden
- Several pastures
- Several domestic animals : the ponies: Choupi, Lola and Croque-Loup, the pig: Gabin, Cannelle the cat and all their chicken friends.
A classroom is of course available for indoor activities, as well as a dedicated “nap” space.
